I couldn’t pass this up. Because it’s true. The BBC reports that Eddie Izzard is making good on his vow to run 43 marathons in 51 days, thus cementing the fact that Izzard is fu#&ing hilarious and also extremely insane. Oh, and charitable, and in surprisingly excellent shape, considering he hasn’t died yet. He’s doing it all for charity Sport Relief.

Meanwhile, I continue to make occasional small-denomination donations to various organizations and maintain that my running for extended periods of time can help no one, and would likely result in my collapsing forthwith upon this good earth and gasping my final breath.
